Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Electrocore Technology. We are committed to providing timely and efficient delivery of your orders. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy below for details on shipping options, delivery times, and costs.


1. Shipping Methods
We shipped material by various delivery partners like DTDT/ FedEx /Bluedart / Delhivery etc. We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, weather conditions, and third-party carrier delays.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of your order, and shipping destination. You will be able to view the exact shipping charges during checkout before completing your order.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over INR 2000 within India.
  • Shipping Rates: We charge INR 100 for shipping.

3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your payment has been confirmed. We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped only on Monday. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and destination. The estimated delivery times is 2-5 days to anywhere in India:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your order via the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently offer shipping to India Only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@electrocore.in or 8320724343. We will assist in resolving the issue and may request photographs of the damaged goods to facilitate the claim process with the carrier.

8. Address Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. If you notice any errors in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the information before the order is dispatched.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations
