Thank you for shopping with Electrocore Technology. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to return your items and request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 5 days of receipt of your order.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Please note that if the product is modified / damaged due to improper handling, reverse polarity voltage input, overloading, short circuit or ESD the warranty will be void.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@electrocore.in or call 8320724343 with your order number and details of the item you wish to return with the details of the problem faced in the product along with relevant images / operating video. Our customer service department will check the details.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service department will check the details and if required issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number when you return the item.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original condition, including any accessories or documentation, to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ship the Item Back: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the return is approved:
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund.
If your return is not approved due to non-compliance with our policy, we will notify you and may arrange to have the item returned to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product. We urge customers to select products properly while ordering.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@electrocore.in or 8320724343. We will guide you on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs. In most cases, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional charge.

- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
