- Using original IRF520 Power MOS, you can adjust the output PWM
The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module is a small circuit board that can control a large amount of current and voltage from a single digital pin of your microcontroller. It uses the IRF520 MOSFET transistor to switch high-power DC devices, such as motors, pumps, or LEDs.
This module is easy to connect to your Arduino or any other 3-5V microcontroller. You can use a PWM pin to vary the current and speed of your device. The module can handle up to 24V and 5A of power.
The module works as follows:
– You connect your power source to the Vin and GND terminals.
– You connect your load to the V+ and V- terminals.
– When the SIG pin is HIGH, the LED turns on, and the MOSFET connects the V- terminal to the GND terminal, completing the circuit for your load.
– When the SIG pin is LOW, the LED turns off, and the MOSFET disconnects the V- terminal from the GND terminal, breaking the circuit for your load.
– The V+ terminal is always connected to the Vin terminal.
